With more than three decades of experience in engineering, consulting, business development, and management, Delson developed and holds multiple patents on Gate 5’s proprietary infrastructure systems. Early in his career, he served as project manager for the country’s first community-scale recycled water irrigation system—including a tertiary wastewater treatment plant, seasonal and operational storage, and backbone distribution for the Santa Margarita Water District in Mission Viejo, California. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and has built a strong reputation for dedication, integrity, and leadership in real estate, sustainable water and energy solutions.
